Dear people, I believe that you have time to do something good for yourself and to make your body healthier, more flexible and stronger.
In this fast times, more people don't have enough time to devote to yourself or don't have willing to make some small things for their body and soul. As someone who loves to take care about health I recommend everyone to take a break during the day and spend some time doing something really good for mind and body. Whether it will be fitness, running, yoga or some other type of activity, you should decide alone. What makes you happier, fresher or what contributes to feeling better? I sure, you have an answer.
All of you have different opportunities, just need to decide to make first step. I advise all of you to try different types of activities until you discover appropriate for yourself. You can take 30 minutes per day, few times a week, and you will see how is easy when you acquire habit and how is great when your body becomes stronger, more flexible and strained. Just decide to start!
I do insanity workout 5 times of week and recently I became instructor of pilates. I love physical activities and enjoy to be active every day. I tried gym, aerobic, tae bo, classic fitness and find the best exercises for me. And I love changes, when I feel that I got bored I try something new..
