I would like to share with you guys some of my favorite quotes....

I love to stop during the day and remind myself on present moment. I try to give gratitude for everything around me. For me, this life is really great place for enjoying, joy, happiness and love and because of I like to stop during the day and to take moment for myself. I stop my mind and thoughts, take a deep breath and relax. 
Every morning and every night I take a look on my affirmations that were pinned through my room.
I remind myself that is everything good for me and that is this life miracle!

Dear people, I believe that you have time to do something good for yourself and to make your body healthier, more flexible and stronger.
In this fast times, more people don't have enough time to devote to yourself or don't have willing to make some small things for their body and soul. As someone who loves to take care about health I recommend everyone to take a break during the day and spend some time doing something really good for mind and body. Whether it will be fitness, running, yoga or some other type of activity, you should decide alone. What makes you happier, fresher or what contributes to feeling better? I sure, you have an answer.
All of you have different opportunities, just need to decide to make first step. I advise all of you to try different types of activities untilyou discover appropriate for yourself. You can take 30 minutes per day, few times a week, and you will see how is easy when you acquire habit and how is great when your body …
